黄金条相思芝士蛋糕

黄金条相思芝士蛋糕...

食谱及做法♡
(A)
芝士-40g (2片)
Cream Cheese-60g
牛奶50ml
牛油- 50g
(B)
低筋粉-75g(筛过)
蛋- 5粒
全蛋1粒
(C)
蛋白- 5粒
幼糖85g

做法:
1) 把A材料隔水煮溶至无粒,待凉备用
2) 蛋黄和全蛋加入材料A搅拌,再(筛过)低筋粉搅拌均匀之至无粉粒.
3) 蛋白打起小泡后才把糖分3次加入打至湿性发泡.
4) 把蛋白分次加入面糊使用刮刀捞鱼方式搅拌均匀.
5) 倒入已铺好纸的7寸模, 轻轻敲出气泡, 以蒸烘法130c-60分钟再转160c-30分钟(温度只供参考,视个人烤箱)
6) 取出待凉就可享用(冷藏后另有别味)
